Mr. McGarvey decade-long career, launched his development company in 1984, building more than 4 million square feet of commercial space in eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey before moving his company to Southwest Florida in 1997, he sold a portfolio of 25 buildings.
After relocating his company and 37 employees to Southwest Florida in 1997, McGarvey developed landmark office parks and buildings.
